OCD -HPP -  the "Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - Hatch Paint Protector"  for 2010-2024 4Runners
 
Do you have 4Runner OCD? Do you cringe every time you have to drag your fingers across the dirt covered rear hatch of your 4Runner, knowing you are grinding the dirt into the paint? Well, we do.
 
While there is no cure for 4Runner OCD, the OCD-HPP can help. It is specifically designed to cover the most frequently touched area of the hatch when being closed and prevent dirt from getting rubbed into the paint.
 
The OCD-HPP is made of durable flat black vinyl that covers up to about 1/8" from the edge of the 4runner's rear hatch bottom edge and part way along each side. We have designs for 4Runners with no rear badging and for those with the most recent TRD rear hatch badging. The design mimics some of the design lines of the rear hatch but also has some relief cuts to help the vinyl install easier.
 
Install of the OCD-HPP is a two person job. We recommend doing this in 70 degree plus weather with no wind, not even a breeze. Doing this inside is best. Make sure there is no dirt, no hair, no bugs or anything on the hatch before installing because it will show through the vinyl, guarantied. You may want to go over the area where the vinyl will be installed with a clay bar first. The vinyl will also require a little squeegeeing to finally lay flat. Install video coming soon.
